Hello guys we are ready to 'Rock and make indonesian buffet for some important guest, today i was chosen to handle main courses, Sate Maranggi. what's That? okay let's see..
Satay maranggi is an authentic Indonesian food commonly found in West Java, especially Purwakarta. Satay maranggi is typical Sundanese food. Purwakarta typical satay has 2 meat variants used, beef and goat. Satay is served with pickled tomato sauce, oncom sauce, grilled sticky rice or lead rice.
Satay maranggi can be found where some sell it by walking around. What distinguishes Sate Maranggi from other satay is the process of soaking meat in marination, before being made into satay and cooked. Because of this seasoning process, the Satay Maranggi is served without accompanying sauce. The marinade itself is made from a mixture of sweet soy sauce and several types of herbs, such as ginger, coriander, galangal, turmeric, with a little vinegar to give a little sour taste, can be used lahang vinegar (vinegar made from palm sugar), and other types of vinegar.
And also we make Sour dough for tomorrow and make "Sour Dough Sweet Bread". but today we just make leaven.
